If you have decided that you no longer require and would like to cancel a particular subscription and you no longer wish to receive renewal orders, you may submit a request for that subscription to be terminated. To do this:
- Login to your control panel at https://secure.idaq.com/cp
- Select the Account tab (if it's not already selected).
- Click on Subscriptions at the bottom of this page and select the subscription you wish to terminate.
- Click on Request Subscription Termination.
- Fill in the form and click Save.
- Once the termination request is submitted, it will be subject to manual approval by iDAQ. At this point we will review your request and if appropriate we will schedule a termination date. Please note: if there are any outstanding contractual obligations these will need to be resolved before the termination request is accepted.
