If you have decided that you no longer require and would like to cancel a particular subscription and you no longer wish to receive renewal orders, you may submit a request for that subscription to be terminated.  To do this:
  1. Login to your control panel at https://secure.idaq.com/cp
  2. Select the Account tab (if it's not already selected).
  3. Click on Subscriptions at the bottom of this page and select the subscription you wish to terminate.
  4. Click on Request Subscription Termination.
  5. Fill in the form and click Save.
  6. Once the termination request is submitted, it will be subject to manual approval by iDAQ.  At this point we will review your request and if appropriate we will schedule a termination date.  Please note: if there are any outstanding contractual obligations these will need to be resolved before the termination request is accepted.
